BODEV is a Dijon-based developer whose name is not yet well known, yet it has already built more than 550 homes and 3,000 m² of office space in Burgundy Franche-Comté, marketed under other developer brands. BODEV launches its first Bella Vita program under its brand in Perrigny-les-Dijon. Bella Vita's 1st tranche of 28 apartments will be delivered at the end of 2026 in an R+3 residence at the heart of a new neighborhood. While the garages will be underground, the elegant architecture features large balconies or terraces in a landscaped, enclosed environment.
