The Auprès du Clocher restaurant takes its name from its location opposite the Pommard church. In the kitchen, Rémi Genot, a native of the village, has developed his talents in several Michelin-starred restaurants in France. Now he's aiming for that accolade himself, with a remarkable cuisine in which taste and texture take center stage. This creativity results in a 6-course gastronomic menu that can be enjoyed at leisure, accompanied by the finest Burgundy wines carefully selected by Anna, the sommelier.
