Wonderful estate that was able to accommodate us for an early morning tasting in their cellar.

We tried 6 wines for 13€ and ended up buying one of their bottles of 1er Cru Chardonnay. Prices are quite reasonable for the bottles, most of them do need to be aged though and are not ready to drink immediately.

English was spoken by our host, which was greatly appreciated as tourists with not great French skills.

A l'intérieur d'une maison pleine d'histoire, le propriétaire nous a fait découvrir son domaine mais aussi sa production sur Pommard et ses alentours.
Un Saint Romain 1995 nous a ouvert nos papilles pour s'attarder plusieurs fois . jusqu'à la fin de la verticale avec les 2 premiers crûs de Pommard. Le Beaune premier crû a mes préférences.
