Inside, the décor is contemporary, with white walls, ceruse wood headboards and renovated bathrooms. The hotel boasts a beautiful outdoor swimming pool. The restaurant, like the hotel, has a clean, trendy style. The Mauritian-born chef concocts dishes combining Burgundian terroir and exotic flavors.
