Le 7 is the restaurant of Patricia, the chef, and Pascale, who manages the service. Located in the heart of Saulieu, on departmental road 6, the restaurant is decorated in a modern, colorful style, with acoustic panels for your comfort. The kitchen is semi-open onto the dining room, and the dishes are traditional but reinterpreted, 100% homemade and seasonal. At lunchtime on weekdays, we're happy to tempt you with the main course/dessert option, with a wide choice of attractive dishes. Established in 2015, this is a mature address for a good meal, at the right price and with efficient service.

Open Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday for lunch and dinner; Thursday and Sunday for lunch. Single menu €32 (3 courses, €35 4 courses). Children's menu: €8. Set lunch menu: €15.90 (main course, dessert). Wine by the glass. Restaurant vouchers. Groups welcome (customized meals possible for up to 40 people). Terrace.

Ce restaurant est une très bonne adresse en cette saison un peu morne. Nous étions de passage pour visiter le Morvan et nous y avons très bien mangé. Très bon rapport qualité prix : 32€ entrée plat dessert. Une carte restreinte qui fait sens et transparente sur les provenances qui sont pour beaucoup locales. Un personnel 100% féminin. De belles valeurs ! Et complet ce vendredi avec des personnes du coin, ce qui permet de confirmer : si vous passez à Saulieu pour plaisir sans se faire mal au compte en banque : je recommande ! J’ai enlevé une étoile pour la déco qui malgré un parti pris so girly m’a paru manquer de caractère.
