Located on the very beautiful square Notre-Dame, in the heart of Semur-en-Auxois, in a near medieval environment, the La Parenthèse restaurant offers a modern space where lunch. The room, which can accommodate seats, has been meticulously decorated carefully. Between warm round tables and comfortable benches, you have the embarrassment of choosing to install. On the map, the Bourguignon menu presents all the classic classics: the famous veined ham, a cute pork and cheese sauce, snails, meurette eggs… If you don't know the regional gastronomy, you won't be disappointed. Nous avons été le voir directement pour le remercier et nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis. Un chef avec beaucoup de coeur et de générosité.
Le serveur était très sympa également, il a mis une bonne ambiance et c'est très appréciable. Le prix était plus que décent.
Nous recommandons les yeux fermés !
