Bar-restaurant offering several variations of burgers in Semur-en-Auxois.
It is a very welcoming bar-restaurant and original in its decoration, in the heart of Semur-en-Auxois. Choosing to do a complete renovation in 2018, the owner himself took care of the decoration to create an extraordinary place. Its red vespa exposed in the middle of the varied decoration in leather and wood tones gives a certain original character. The bar allows you to have a good time, with wines from around the world, draught beers or bottles, stored in wooden crates for an "authentic" touch, with high tables made of sheet metal. Here you create your own deli board, which you cut yourself with a slicer that is supplied. On the catering side, it is a very varied choice of dishes à la carte such as scallops or chicken skewers, several variations of homemade burgers with local Charolais meat, "Angus" aloyaux bavette or 8-week matured rib of beef for the fondant. The chef works a lot on the products of the moment, choosing to offer his creations on slate rather than in menus. Don't forget to save a small place for dessert as they say, because homemade desserts are largely copious. Your gourmet coffee is made up of the desserts of your choice, in 3, 4 or 5 desserts that accompany the coffee. A place that we love for its homemade creations, originality, warm welcome and the large terrace on the pedestrian street. Snacks, hot dogs and tapas are also available.
