Restaurant offering Burgundian dishes, gambas, meats and desserts on the banks of the Armançon
We discovered it by chance during a walk in the lower part of Semur, on the banks of the Armançon river, towards the old tanneries, an authentic place with its terracotta floor tiles and its large fireplace. On the menu, Burgundian dishes, copious and refined with a real know-how. Frédéric Allaire, the Chef, proposes gambas with Spianata piccante, a slab of saddle of lamb confit or a sea bass in a herb crust. For dessert, the charlotte with crémant rosé and pears is exquisite. Wines by the glass from the region, Chablis, Auxerrois, or Auxois are worth trying. Remember to make a reservation.

Le patron très souriant .. efficace et sympathique.
Niveau nourriture correcte dommage que les frites ne soient pas maison comme fut un temps et on se demande si la sauce salade n’est pas aussi déjà tout faite ..
Mais ce qui m’a choqué c’est la propreté ???? . Araignées et saletés au rendez-vous . Et le plafond aurait besoin de coup de nettoyage .bien dommage pour ce lieu si sympathique.
