Chef Michael Gérard concocts the restaurant's signature dishes: tête de veau, Gaston Gérard-style poultry, jambon persillé, cassolette d'escargots, entrecôte charolaise à l'époisses... In the afternoon, croques revisited and waffles. All homemade with local produce. On sunny days, we prefer the terrace on Semur's typical pedestrian street.
