Restaurant-brasserie, homemade cuisine using fresh local produce. In the afternoon, croques and waffles.
"Aux Vieux Pavés is the Good Corner to stay Carpe Diem"... a story that Lucien Bottini continues with brio by creating a brasserie corner in addition to the restaurant and maintaining the friendly spirit of the place. Chef Michael Gérard concocts the restaurant's signature dishes: tête de veau, Gaston Gérard-style poultry, jambon persillé, cassolette d'escargots, entrecôte charolaise à l'époisses... In the afternoon, croques revisited and waffles. All homemade with local produce. On sunny days, we prefer the terrace on Semur's typical pedestrian street.
