A feast of cheese specialities in a very friendly and exotic atmosphere
Gaël Bottini, who looks like a big, friendly mountain man, has a knack for selecting the best cheeses for his specialities: Savoyard fondues, cep fondues, truffle fondues, reblochonnades, tartiflettes, crémeux du Jura and Pela Aravis. The restaurant lives up to its name as a haven for cheese lovers! But the chef also offers more traditional dishes, such as oeufs cocotte, beef gravlax, foie gras, frogs' legs... Wine selections from Savoie, Alsace, Jura and Burgundy to match.

On a pris un mixte de raclette (Savoie, aux noisettes, au lait cru et aux herbes de Provence), qui nous a permis de goûter à différentes saveur.
Le dessert très goûteux : tarte au citron basilic.... juste un délice !!!!
Nous y reviendrons certainement à notre prochain séjour !
