Chef Martin Vial and Laura Rulens have breathed new life into this magnificent restaurant housed in a 17th-century mansion clinging to the top of the ramparts. Martin, armed with serious experience in gastronomic cuisine, works resolutely with seasonal and local produce, revisiting classics with talent. Une halte plaisir tant au niveau du site, de l'accueil et du menu. Nous n'avions jamais goûté de viande cuite à basse température, quelle tendreté ! La ronde des amuse-bouches est un régal ! Merci à votre équipe !

Un déjeuner d'anniversaire tout en douceur : cadre magique sans en faire trop, ambiance calme et serveur professionnel, attentionné tout en étant discret. Et le repas excellent : tout est un régal des amuses gueules au dessert : de belles découvertes gustatives avec des mélanges de textures et de saveurs très équilibrées sur des assiettes de très belles présentation!
