Hotel in a quiet area with terrace and garden in Semur-en-Auxois.
Located in a very quiet area, in the heart of the medieval city, the hotel des Cymaises is a particularly interesting stopover for travellers looking for peace and quiet. A former bourgeois house of the th and th centuries, this establishment was taken over by Roger Ufr, the boss of two restaurants in Semur: the Entr'act and the Parenthesis. The hotel has 18 rooms. Some are attic with apparent structure, all are very well kept. Decorated with simplicity, they offer all modern comforts (bath or shower, TV, wifi, etc.) and are especially quiet. Renovation work will take place in the fall of 2014. But in the meantime, there is a real pleasure in staying in peace. The large lounge with a magnificent fireplace calls for relaxation. Breakfast takes place under the veranda with view of the courtyard, in winter and on the terrace, in summer. Although in the city centre, the hotel has a large courtyard where you can park easily and a very cute garden. You will have understood it: Don't hesitate to hire yourself in the small streets showing the Cymaises!

Parfait pour une nuit en famille, la chambre famille étant très grande.
L'accueil a été parfait, nous avons été guidés et conseillés, ça faisait longtemps qu'on ne nous avait pas accueilli comme ça dans un établissement.
Le petit déjeuner est très correct, nous avons logé dans une chambre totalement refaite, c'était calme.
Juste un point, Google Map n'indique pas correctement l'emplacement exact de l'adresse, du coup pas facile à trouver du premier coup.
