A large café nestled in a Flemish Renaissance building, very recognizable with its bulbous campanile. Inside the belfry is an old butcher's shop, restored in 1630, which served as a staging post on the Lille-Amsterdam road. The menu features Flemish specialties served with refinement in a setting that's just as refined, with its white tablecloths and pretty crockery. People come here for a drink, a bite to eat and to enjoy the charm of the square, even in winter, as the arcade houses a heated terrace.
