This house was founded in 1996 on the wave of bio and health. He is the great specialist of added sugar chocolate. But no kind of diet… a gourmet, totally gourmand! Here, the added sugar chocolate (but with stevia, a natural sweetener compatible with sugar-related health problems, such as diabetes) is taking place in all specialties, sticks, tablets, seasonal products… Let us remember that Cavalier was pioneer by launching its collection of cinnamon chocolates from November 2011.
