This Japanese ramen restaurant is located in a pleasant cobbled street with multiple terraced restaurants. The owner, a fan of Japan, has made several trips to immerse himself in this culture and the ingredients. He offers a simple menu composed of a handful of ramen including tantan, a house specialty with lightly spiced ground pork, soy sprouts, spinach, egg and spring onion, tasty and healthy. Two ofukuro (traditional dishes) are also à la carte, a vegetarian curry and pancakes with cabbage, pork and prawns.
