Here's an address for adventurers. Not because it's located in the middle of nowhere (between Portus Ganda and Ghent Dampoort station), but rather because of its concept. It's a turnkey restaurant space made available to restaurateurs starting out to test their concept before launching themselves. So you won't know in advance what type of establishment will be there (the website will tell you). At the time of our visit, it was a Palestinian restaurant. So, if you're open-minded and want to support young entrepreneurs and chefs, go for it!
