SOUL KITCHEN
This well-known vegan restaurant in Ghent is run by Misha in the kitchen and Leenken in the dining room. The couple source their ingredients exclusively from local organic farmers, guaranteeing the traceability of every ingredient used. On the à la carte menu, the few dishes to be shared (or not!) form plant-based tableaux rich in color and flavor. It's healthy, it's sustainable and it tastes great too! A small selection of organic and natural beers and wines and fairtrade coffee. The restaurant isn't very large, so make sure you book in advance.
