This microbrewery, created by three Gandois, has set up shop in a former industrial hall in the Docks district, north of the historic town center. Carefully restored, the vast structure houses stainless steel tanks, a tasting room and a long counter with no fewer than thirty cask heads, where you can taste the beers brewed on site. The hall also houses three restaurants open for lunch and dinner, including Rok Burgers and Barbecue. Guided tours of the microbrewery are organized on Saturday mornings; book online.
