Located in Ghent's Botanical Gardens, this new museum opened at the end of 2020 and is dedicated to science, critical thinking and research. It can be spotted by its mural fresco of elephant, grizzly bear, okapi and rhinoceros skeletons. As well as exhibiting classic naturalist collections (skeletons, etc.), this museum offers an interactive contemporary approach, with narratives by scientists. In its exhibitions and programs, it bridges the gap between science and art.
