Prix / performances absolument dans l'ordre!
Service (serveur) très poli et fait de gros efforts.
Truite commandée qui n'aurait pas pu être plus fraîche. En face du restaurant se trouvait un bassin avec des truites dedans. Que le cuisinier est allé chercher fraîchement avec le filet et préparé.
