Charlotte, the owner, is concerned about hospitality and would like her clients to take time for themselves once the door is closed. It offers a healthy concept by giving you the opportunity to enjoy a breakfast, lunch or snack. The products are of high quality and can be adapted to small budgets. Charlotte works with several other establishments in the city. The gluten-free, lactose-free, sugar-free ingredients come from the popular Madam Bakster. The richer pastries come from Lauretta & The Nightingale. Quality teas and coffees are provided by Café Gusta. Inside the establishment you will also find goodies bearing the effigy of the store. The original dishes are also for sale. An establishment full of qualities!
