La boucherie is a restaurant that opened in May 2022 to the delight of meat lovers! You'll find a wide selection of meats from local farms, carefully charcoal-grilled. Classics such as steak tartare and onglet à l'échalote are served. As for the poultry, it comes from Bresse. Even vegetables are grilled by chef Sam D'Huyvetter. In the style of an avant-garde French bistro, good wine and a touch of neon, at La Boucherie, one thing is certain: only quality meat is served.
