Centho Chocolates was founded in 2002 by Els and Geert Decoster. Geert Decoster trained at the Elishout school in Brussels, then in France at the famous Ecole de Bellouet and with Jean-Pierre Richart. From the outset, Els and Geert resolutely chose to offer superior quality products. Els and Geert realized their dream by investing heavily. ?? These are the first three letters of the two names of the most loved ones, namely their two children Centa and Thomas, from whence Centho. Their chocolates and truffles earned them a member of BBCW. United in life and their passion for cocoa, Époux Époux works exclusively with original chocolates. With this high-end raw material, they make up eight new creations per season, which they bring together in a special ballotin. Their praline at the spéculoos, a happy marriage of two national specialities, was awarded a Great Taste Award in London.
