ST-JEAN-BAPTISTE CHURCH
Church of primitive Gothic style, with some Romanesque elements such as the tower on the façade and the small windows on the upper floor
Built in the 14th century in a primitive Gothic style, it has some Romanesque elements such as the tower on the west façade and the small windows on the first floor. In the 17th century, the renovations adopted the Baroque style. Nearby is the former cemetery of the poor beguines, the richest being buried in the church (90 tombstones). In 1760, it was decided that all of them would be buried outside the church. In the campanile, 16 bronze bells followed by the carillon ring every hour and half hour.
