M MUSEUM LEUVEN
Museum housing a superb collection of religious art, numerous sculptures of the passion, and temporary exhibitions
Opened in September 2009, the museum houses a superb collection of 15th and 16th century religious art, including numerous Passion sculptures. The museum is remarkable not only for its architecture, but also for its questioning of artistic issues and its willingness to move the boundaries, creating links and bridges between the works of yesterday and today. The museum's roof offers a superb view of the city. There's also a small store and a very pleasant café where you can relax (and even have a bite to eat). Highly recommended!
