You'll eat the best vol-au-vent within a 10 km radius, the American steak is prepared or served with all the ingredients to season it yourself, the duo of boudins is copious and sticks to the standards of the genre, with homemade compote and purée. The toast with champis is well received, as are the inevitable mussels in season. The "royal" French toast lives up to its name: soaked in milk, currants and a scoop of vanilla.
