Het Vinne is a nature reserve located in Zoutleeuw. The site is open all year round, every day from dawn to dusk. It offers several activities and attractions, including hiking trails around the lake, an observation tower, a children's playground, an insect hotel, a bee village, a herb garden, a high-stem orchard and a grazing project with galloway cows, sheep and donkeys. Visitors can also take part in educational activities on nature and the environment. Toilets are available on site, as are picnic areas. However, the cafeteria is independently run and may be closed at certain times. Dogs are allowed on the reserve, but must be kept on a leash. Hiking trails around the lake are accessible, but sturdy walking shoes are recommended.
