Deplorable police. They speak no French or English.
They are proved unable to recognise a real menu of parking for disabled false. They are proved unable to call the owner of a vehicle as everywhere else. I was made at € 120 remove my car on a place for disabled people with my special menu of parking, paid de panne lorry. I am a disabled. A real band of inefficient jackals.
