With a willingness to cook locally and in season, the vegetables come directly from the house garden and the fish from the nearby North Sea. The menu therefore changes regularly according to the arrivals and the inspiration in the kitchen. You must therefore like to be surprised and be open to culinary discoveries. A last asset: the terrace!
