Thijs and Aurélie, true restaurant professionals, had a dream: to open a restaurant in their home region. A beautiful project that has come true, to the delight of our taste buds! As a starter, we find the inevitable shrimp croquettes. On the dishes side, the menu offers us for example Belgian Blue-white fillets accompanied by good fries as we like them or a cod, its asparagus and a pureed muslin. And we finish with a traditional Dame Blanche! All this is accompanied by a wine from the beautiful selection on the menu and the evening is perfect!
