It is on the former site of the Picanol factory, a famous Belgian loom manufacturer, that the restaurant De Fonderie was established. This brasserie is the trendy place in town. The decoration is very design, and the atmosphere is rather lounge-like. The interior terrace is very pleasant. On the menu, discover traditional but revisited Flemish flavours. The fish from the North Sea have a place of choice, in soup, in filet or in carpaccio. Entrecôte, hamburger royal and vol-au-vent will delight meat lovers.
