St. George's Memorial Church in Ypres is an Anglican church erected in 1928 in honor of the British and Commonwealth soldiers who lost their lives here during the First World War. Designed by the English architect Sir Reginald Blomfield, the interior is decorated with numerous military objects and flags as well as stained glass windows and religious objects financed by donations from institutions and families of the deceased.
