Thierry Cornelis and his wife Tjörven had made De Kelle ("little sea") a flagship address, a tribute to the sandy channels found at low tide where shrimp fishing is practiced. After Thierry's death, Tjörven entrusted the establishment to the Elfring family from Rotterdam in 2024. Faithful to the spirit of the place, the new owners have given pride of place to fish, while adding their own personal touch. A great opportunity to rediscover this emblematic restaurant and enjoy its charming garden.
