The peerdevisscher is the shrimp fisherman on horseback, an ancient tradition still alive on the beach at Oostduinkerke and on display at the nearby Navigo Museum. This estaminet, housed in a pretty white house with painted shutters, offers an à la carte menu of North Sea shrimp (but we can't guarantee they were caught on horseback!), delicious sole, seafood tapas and other typical products such as maatjes (herring).

Du monde mais de bonnes croquettes
Une maison typique des Flandres avec une belle terrasse. L’intérieur est petit mais la terrasse est grande donc préférer un jour ensoleillé ou penser à réserver. Le service était très efficace. Les croquettes de poisson sont très bonnes et bien garnies en crevettes.
