This café-bistro is often crowded, a victim of its own success. Both the pretty room and the main terrace (heated in winter) or the one on the riverbank on the banks of the Lys. The establishment is famous for its generous knife cut steak tartare, good Flemish grandmother recipes such as the blue-white Belgian beef entrecote, a kill or dumplings à la gueuze, a horse steak... We also come here for its owner: Mathieu, quite a character! In the summer, you can enjoy a lively musical atmosphere on the terrace, with a DJ on the turntables until the morning.
