Don't trust his name, there's nothing Parisian about this brewery! For the sake of simplicity, the new owner kept the same name, already very popular in the city. The establishment offers three suggestions per week and is particularly known for its pasta and beer recipes. You will also find a nice aperitif menu as well as some regional and small brewery dishes such as croque-monsieur. The place is very nice and you will have a great time there!
