BEUDAERT
Here, the cuisine is gastronomic but the welcome is relaxed and the prices affordable. As a starter, the sweetbread of smoked veal with tobacco and chicory sauce is a wonderful discovery. The cockerel cooked with herbs and charcoal cider fills our curious belly with sumptuousness. And don't forget to accompany it with a glass of wine recommended by Sofie Delbeke, owner of the house and award-winning sommelier. Finally, raspberries marinated in quince and their jasmine tea ice cream finish conquering us. A high quality address!
