Karel and Herlinde Callebert, whose experience is well established, offer in their very design restaurant a menu based on fresh and seasonal products, in short, market produce. The choice is limited but all the dishes are thought out with great precision and know-how. This is the case for the eel "Walle", the sole meunière and fresh pasta with scampi.
