DeDingen is first and foremost a coffee bar, but it's also a place with a vintage decor and good, healthy, inexpensive food. Eggs Benedict, frittatas, tacos, smashed burgers... you can feel the mastery of discipline in the kitchen. Afternoons are more reserved for snacks, and on weekend evenings, it transforms into a café where you can sample microbrewery beers. Bonus: a trendy retro ambience, with school chairs, architect's lamps, antique radios and second-hand furniture. A real favorite.
