Recreational activity center in Kortrijk transformed into a real beach that hosts exhibitions and workshops
Surrounded by the Lily, Buda Island welcomes art lovers. This recreational activity centre houses, among others, the Buda Tower (a platform where designers, artists, students and active citizens collaborate), the Budascoop (screening of independent films), Broel 6 (various exhibitions on contemporary figurative art). In the Budaparc, you can relax on the banks of the Lys. In the summer, the island turns into a real beach. A pentagonal volume has been added on the street side. The 3,000 m2 factory can accommodate exhibitions or workshops.
