Den Helsestoel or La Sorcière in French is an estaminet as we like it... A warm setting, a friendly atmosphere and the smell of good traditional dishes that tickle our nostrils. Installed near the wood stove, we feel good. Flemish beef stew, pork cheeks cooked at a low temperature, Sint-Bernardus beer sauce, but also salads and pasta... there's something to delight the gourmets!
