For a little over five years, the Vol-Ver has been delighting the taste buds of those who are looking for good flavours and culinary discoveries. In a beautiful, bright and elegantly decorated room, Sébastien Ververken and his wife Sharon enchant us with refined dishes based on fresh products. Beautiful pieces of fish such as turbot or meat, beef for example, are in the centre of the plate and are elegantly served with juices and vegetables. An address where it's good to stop!
