The mill of Goede Hoop one of the oldest brick mills in West Flanders, with a brick gallery mill
The Goede Hoop Mill or "Good Hope" is a brick gallery mill, erected on a mound. Its date of construction is unknown, but it could be in the second half of the 18th century, making it one of the oldest brick mills in West Flanders. Having first served as an oil mill, it later became a wheat mill. The five floors of granaries with the different mechanisms can be visited!
