The municipal museum T Schippershof - Boaters' Court - dates back to the end of the 17th century and is of great historical value as the last witness to the economic development of the town. In the museum, the presentation of art objects and historical subjects such as flax manufacture, Menin fortifications, customs and the border . There are also statues by Georges Dobbels and paintings and statues by Yvonne Serruys and Johan Tahon. The café serves the excellent and only Meninoise beer: the Ne Goen (pronounced "néroune").
