This corner house with a polygonal tower, dating from 1923, former property of Baron Crombez, is the most beautiful example of Norman style on the "Westkust" or west coast. The foundations are made of rubble stones. Frames of ashlar surround the segmental arch-shaped basement windows. The facades of the ground floor are decorated with alternating brick and sandstone tiles. The second level is decorated with pseudo-timbering with wooden balusters. This house has been classified as a Belgian heritage site since 1971.
