HALL (STADSHALLE)
The wheat hall in Nieport, housed in a harmonious building with a lot of character, offers temporary exhibitions.
Next to the town hall, the Nieuport Corn Exchange is housed in a harmonious, characterful building. Listed as a historic monument since 1938, it can be assumed that a covered market stood here as early as 1280, clearly underlining the town's flourishing commercial past. Destroyed several times in the course of history, it was rebuilt after the First World War in 1920 in the Flemish style and with local materials. The hall is used for temporary exhibitions and is an ideal setting for receptions.
