Koninklijke Yacht Club Oostende Vzw is a sailing club located in Ostend. It is the oldest yacht club in the country. Ostend is a popular seaside town, with 9 km of sandy beaches and a lively shopping center. It's accessible at both high and low tide, even by deep-draft boats. The town center can be reached on foot (20 minutes) or by bike (7 minutes) from the club. What's more, there's a streetcar stop just 200 meters from the club, with streetcars taking you into town every 15 minutes.
