Tim Boury has nothing left to prove, but that doesn't stop him from always trying to surprise us! In a luminous, sober and chic interior, yet friendly and warm, the Boury is a real haven of peace and flavours. On the menu, you will find a smoked eel from the Scheldt accompanied by bulgur. The wine list follows this philosophy with both classic wines and other surprising vintages. There are no false steps for this well-deservedly successful chef.
