De Huiskamer is definitely a cosy and trendy restaurant. With a focus on French bistronomy, Charlotte and Emmanuel offer perfectly mastered classic dishes with a modern touch. This is the case with the garlic ray and capers or the wild duck served with butternut and polenta. For dessert, we are delighted with the homemade lemon pie and its thyme ice cream. The dessert is a pleasure in itself. Finally, we like the decoration of the room, a mix of 1950s and Scandinavian inspiration. A very nice place!
